When Nick and I were getting ready to go on holiday we made a pact that
when we got back we would be on diets and health kicks, firstly in preparation
for his 30th birthday in August, but continuing on until we come
home again next at Christmas.
The intention was to
get started with this plan as soon as we were back on Singaporean soil, but
with Stu staying with us a couple of nights before he made his way back to
Thailand, this hasn’t exactly got off to the best start. We’ve officially pushed the starting date to
next Monday. Then it really will be diet day.
In the meantime, dinner
last night was the truly delicious duck pancakes from Ming Jang. That’s right,
we had a whole duck between three of us, and it was delicious!
