Coming out the other side

And I’m ready to play!

            I’ve had a couple of weeks of dragging myself through the week, plodding through work and generally just wishing that it was both Christmas, home time and our wedding already.

            I thought that perhaps I was just being a misery, but after four days in PJs recovering from a string of migraines with the aid of lemon tea and a few caffeine free days I realise now that I was just a bit rundown, which was a shame. However, I am now back on track and ready to go!

            It’s three weeks until we fly home, almost a month until our wedding and just a few days until Catherine and Jeff arrive with us for a week in sunny Singapore and a long glorious weekend in our beloved Bali!

            It’s going to be a complete abandonment of good behaviour, which is slightly dangerous this late in the day, but if this is the only time they come and play in Asia (which is very likely considering how far away the States are), we want to make sure that they do it properly!

            Now I just have to concentrate on staying awake until 2am to meet them off their flight and welcome them to the humidity!
