We all had our money on the big engagement happening in New York when
their trip is booked for this December, but instead the lovely Harry proposed
to Nick’s fabulous sister Kat at 1am on her birthday, when she was fabulous
drunk and suitably teary to really enjoy the drama in all it’s spectacular
glory!
For the first time,
being in Singapore was the best place to be. It meant that Nick was woken up by
a Skype call at 9:30am by a drunk and incredibly excited sister, who displayed
her utterly beautiful green and diamond ring to the camera with pride!
Even better, during our
adventures throughout the day we also had time to gather smoked salmon and prossecco,
and we were ready for a second round of Skyping, this time with the appropriate
accompaniments before the weekend was up!
So long as I can work
out a plan to get back to the UK for long enough next year, it looks like there’s
another glorious wedding on the horizon. Oooh, I love a good wedding!
