The good behaviour is back on track, for
the start of the week at least. After a slight slip up this weekend I have now
got a fridge full of veggies and diary full of nothing but work and the gym
from Monday-Friday evening. It'll be gym morning and night, with veggies in between, along with a little bit of work and as much sleep as I can manage.
From
Friday onwards it’ll be a little bit trickier to keep to best behaviour as my
lovely Karen is going to be visiting for the weekend, which means trips around
Singapore to the best and most exciting things that it has to offer – mainly
bars and restaurants.
However, with Nick out of town on a stag do in Thailand
I am hoping that we will be able to keep a bit of a lid on events to minimise
damage where possible. We’ll see how that goes. So far the plans are to have a bit of street food for Friday dinner, before drinks at the highest outdoors bar in South East Asia. Then the rest of the weekend will involve things like breakfast at the zoo, a walk around the Botanic Gardens and anything else that catches our attention while Karen is here. I do love having visitors!
