Veggies, gym, veggies, gym

Standard work lunch these days - it's a whole lot of green!


All of my update from last week seem to have centred around failed good intentions and steak. Today I am back on track and I am determined that this entire week is going to be well behaved one.
            I started as I mean to go on with an early morning in the gym, a box of green healthy food for lunch, and a carb-free salmon dinner. So far, so good. Now we just have to see how the rest of the week shapes up….
