Clean, sleep, cleanse, repeat


Since Erin left me, I’ve had to be getting back into the swing of best behaviour, but it’s been hard! The day that Erin left I eased back into being healthy with no gym, but nothing but veggies to eat. On Tuesday morning I was up bright and early to hit the gym and start my day with black coffee and more veggie goodness.
            Sadly, rather than being super healthy for the rest of the week but Tuesday, I realised at around 10am that I was in the midst of a migraine, and that I had around half an hour to get myself home and medicined up before it was all about to go wrong.
            Good intentions were out of the window for the rest of the day, and with my birthday coming up this Friday, I think it might take quite a bit of work to minimise the impact of the last few weeks before the celebrations begin.
