Swim just before sundown |
Early nights, the gym before the sun comes
up and a quick swim if I can fit it in at night before the sun goes down. Lots
of veggies, lots of water, lots of tea, lots of work, meetings, emails, and not much else. Good behaviour continues
in my world, and it’s starting to feel good to be back in the groove - long may it continue (or try to at least)!
